Please note that the following return policy and procedure only apply to
non-SOFTWARE products. ALL SOFTWARE sales are final and cannot be returned nor
refunded.
We are confident about the quality of every product we sell. All items being
sold in this site carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will gladly return it
or replace it or refund your money (this does not include your original
shipping and handling fees) - whichever you like as long as it is within the 30
days from shipment.
However, it is our policy that we are not liable for any wrong product
purchased from us. In situation where FREE shipping and handling or any
promotional discount was applied to
the returned merchandise, Global Source has the right to deduct the shipping
and handling fee or the promo amount from the cost of the product. It is the responsibility of the
customer to send us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request before
returning a merchandise otherwise a 15% restocking fee is automatically applied. Global Source should receive the returned product on
or before the 5th day after the RMA is issued through our contact form. Note
that RMA is not issued over the phone. Return Policy and Condition Procedure

Provide the following information when contacting us via email only: Sales Receipt Number
(included in the package), name of product being returned, your name and e-mail
address and the reason for returning the product.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar
code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included.

Any screen
protector that has been opened and removed from the original packing cannot be
returned nor replaced.

Once received your product will be evaluated and cleared for a refund. All
products returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are not returned
within 14 days from shipment.
